Thank you so much for supporting my small cozy art business. Below you’ll find all the important information about shipping, returns, processing times, and more. If you ever have a question, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to help.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are packed with care (and a sprinkle of warm, whimsical charm!).
Please aware that processing usually takes:

  • 1-2 weeks for all products, due to the fact that I´m a one-woman-circus doing
    my best on my spare time.

If there is ever a significant delay, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

✈️ Shipping Information

I ship from Sweden using Postnord.
Shipping times vary, but here’s what you can generally expect after I’ve packed, processed and shipped your order:

  • Domestic orders: 1-2 business days

  • International orders: 2-3 weeks (depending on destination and customs)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that international orders may experience customs delays that are outside of my control.

📮 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail

I do everything I can to package your order safely, but once it’s handed over to the postal service, delivery is out of my hands.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive after a reasonable time, please contact me!
I’ll do my best to help find a solution.

However:

  • I cannot take responsibility for postal delays,

  • lost mail due to incorrect addresses, or

  • items stuck in customs.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because I’m a small business, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

But! If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, misprint, damage), please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll happily make it right.

🧾 Cancellations

I accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering, as long as the order has not already shipped.
Once a package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

🎁 Customs & Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, import taxes, or VAT charges that may apply to their order. This is included in the shipping cost.

🔒 Privacy

Any personal information you provide (name, address, email) is used only to fulfill your order.
I never share or sell your information — ever.
